| Although
he surrounds himself with the landscapes of New England, Paul Goodwin
has traveled extensively throughout the United States and Canada
consistently capturing images all along the way. Born and raised in the
Berkshire Hills of Massachusetts, Paul came to Photography at an early
age, becoming staff photographer at his high school newspaper. He soon
discovered a passion for landscapes in the beautiful area that he grew
up in. Even though he had to hold down a "real" job, Paul used
every opportunity he could get to take day trips or vacations to take
pictures and hone his craft.
With
the new century came new technology and Paul embraced it learning the
ins and outs of digital photography and digital photo manipulation. With
the gift of this new technology, Mr. Goodwin has been able to produce
all of his own work, from capturing the image right down to the final
printing.
Paul
currently resides with his family in rural Worcester County,
Massachusetts. He offers private lessons as well as judges photo
competitions. He can often be found anywhere outside, with his camera
in his hand.
